This Card and Account Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Kasheto prepaid card ("Card") and associated account ("Account") issued by Kasheto ("we," "us," or "our"). By activating or using the Card or Account, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Card and Account
   1. Issuance: The Card is issued by Kasheto and may be used to make purchases and withdrawals subject to the terms of this Agreement.
   2. Account: The Account associated with the Card allows you to manage funds, view transaction history, and perform other account-related activities.
2. Activation and Registration
   1. Activation: You must activate the Card before it can be used. Activation instructions will be provided upon receipt of the Card.
   2. Registration: You may be required to register the Card and provide personal information to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulations.
3. Card Usage
   1. Purchases: You may use the Card to make purchases at merchants that accept the card network affiliated with the Card.
   2. Withdrawals: You may use the Card to withdraw cash from ATMs that accept the card network affiliated with the Card. Withdrawals may be subject to fees and transaction limits.
   3. Authorization: You are responsible for ensuring that your Account has sufficient funds to cover any purchases or withdrawals made with the Card. We may decline transactions that exceed your available balance.
4. Card Fees
   1. Fees: Fees may apply to certain Card transactions, including ATM withdrawals, foreign currency transactions, and account maintenance fees. A fee schedule will be provided to you upon issuance of the Card.
   2. Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change the fees associated with the Card at any time. Notice of fee changes will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Liability and Protection
   1. Lost or Stolen Cards:You must notify us immediately if your Card is lost or stolen to prevent unauthorized use. You may be liable for unauthorized transactions made before you report the loss or theft.
   2. Zero Liability: You may be protected from liability for unauthorized transactions in certain circumstances, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
6. Account Management
   1. Statements:You may access your Account statements online or by requesting paper statements. It is your responsibility to review your statements regularly and report any errors or discrepancies.
   2. Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting us. Any remaining funds will be returned to you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Governing Law
   1. Jurisdiction:This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to This Agreement
   1. Modification:: We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Notice of changes will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
   2. Acceptance of Changes:: Your continued use of the Card or Account after the posting of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
