Registered users can easily retrieve their password by clicking on "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions.

When funds refelect on your Kasheto dashboard, click on the withdraw button to get the fund deposited in your local bank.

You can link your bank account to your Kasheto account by entering your card details in your kasheto account.

During registration for you account, a verification link will be sent to your email address.

When your payer sends money to you, you receive it immediately in your Kasheto wallet and then can withdraw funds to your local bank account.

Once you login to your dashboard, click on transactions and all the payments you have made will appear.

No option for refund.

Login into your Kasheto dashboard. Navigate to "request a payment" and enter the payer information including his/her email address and the amount to be paid. Payer will get the request in his email address and can proceed with the payment process
